ONE DEPOSIT PER GUEST: One $250.00 deposit is required per passenger. You may select Qty for the number of people that will be attending.
WELCOME KIT: Once you have completed your SMART Women Maid Rich Conference Cruise deposit transaction, a thank you page will be presented, at the top of which you can download your Welcome Kit that will explain how to get ahold of your travel agent, your choices on payment plans, a credit card authorization form, and other items for you to get started planning your trip. If you do not receive one please email Renee@sharpchip.com to send you one.
PAYMENT PLANS: Once your deposit is selected, you may work out the final details of your cabin choice, etc. with the travel agent (within 2 weeks of the deposit). Then, upon approved credit you may select the number of payments that you would like to make (1-8) for the balance of the bill (restrictions apply for possible # of payments depending on when registering). Payments will be processed on the 10th of the each month. Declined cards may envoke the cancellation policy if not corrected within 48 hours. If a payment plan is selected there will be a 1%/month fee added to the total price.

ORDER OF CUSTOMERS: When an Order is complete with the transaction fully processed, the shopping cart will log the exact time of the transaction. Ordering of the times of the online orders will determine who is the "first registrant", "second registrant", etc.
