    I use my nearly 20 years business building experience (15 working in or with cleaning businesses) to help owners achieve their dreams of . more profits.more time.and less stress with their businesses. Through consulting, and dozens of easy to use instant tools I can help cleaning business owners with the tough jobs like employee management, building business wealth and creating a self-running business.

    I have very satisfied clients from solo-preneur to multi-millions a year. My products are specifically created to be instant tools to solve problems related to the businesses in the industry.     Great! You are perfect for our products. The one thing that I remember most about running my cleaning business is that before I had good systems in place I never had any extra time. Your days are filled with thousands of details, and sitting down to read a 200 page theory text is not going to help you for quit right now. So, most of my products are instant kits, templates, courses and tools, designed to give you fast results. In fact, many of them are written in Microsoft Word so that you may make minor edits and use the tools to make money right away. Some products even come with consulting time so that I can help you make quick and savvy decisions.

    Yes. It's true that many of my products are designed to make employee management easy and profitable, but many others will help you attract more high dollar clients, keep your customers loyal, and add new streams of income to your company.

    Of course, this varies depending on your goals and your strategy. Many of my customers grow very quickly with 6 month revenue growth of 20-30%, profitability improving 50-100%, and time off increasing substantially. The skies the limit.     No. My expertise is in business building. I do keep a database of resources of all types for my clients, including cleaning equipment and tools.

    I don't broker business sales, but I have been through the process myself and have helped many people through the process. I can help you identify an appropriate price, and help you fine-tune the business for maximum value before the sale.


  9. I have heard that you have developed your own software product, can I buy that?

    I did develop a very popular service business management software product called, the Service Scheduler which is sold out. A few years ago I was becoming so busy that I needed to choose between helping businesses through business consulting or developing and supporting software, and I feel that I have a more connected impact with the consulting. I can help you evaluate service business software, however.

    We NEVER sell, rent or give your email information away without your permission! I hate spam too.   11. Why do people say that you are an "expert" with cleaning businesses?

    I think people say that because I specialize in the powerful strategies of successful cleaning businesses. It all began when I left my corporate job as a consultant to build a 25+ employee cleaning service, and later sold it for six figures. I learned very quickly that applying powerful business strategies to a small business is a magical combination, and I've been doing it ever since. I don't focus on things like cleaning techniques, cleaning brochures and other basics that 100's of people can tell you about. Instead I focus on issues like "how to hire a staff that will self-run your business to your standards, so that you can lead the good life and make a great salary."

    That depends on your goals. If you need help deciding give us a call and we would be happy to help you identify your highest priorities and the best product to address that situation.


  13. Do you sell cleaning franchises?

    No. My clients tell me that my products are a great alternative to buying a franchise. All the profitable systems and support at a portion of the price, and no residuals! You can buy a complete kit of all of our products, including consulting and customization time, for a fraction of a franchise price.


     
  14. I've bought other products for cleaning businesses before, do your products duplicate what I have already bought?

    I am all about innovation. You will not find my products, or likely anything like them on any other web-site. I create products and programs from scratch based on my clients' requests, so you should expect very unique and relevant solutions.


  15. Can I get off of your mailing list later if I want?

    You sure can, but I doubt that you will want to. (Less than 1% of our subscribers opt-out because the content is so good). If you would like to opt-out simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any subscriber mailing, and you are easily removed. No hassles.


  16. What if I'm not happy with a product after I buy it?

    Again, I doubt that you will be, but if a situation does arise where you need to return a product for nay reason it is no problem. Within 30 days of purchase just return the item for a full refund.
