Founder, Renee O’Brien is a consultant, speaker and writer with over 15 years experience building and operating businesses, including her own 25+ employee cleaning business. She uses her creative talents, ability to listen, and skilled business experience to energize leaders and teams, springboard businesses, and solve cleaning business owner headaches.
A self-described "serial entrepreneur", in 1991, at age 23, Renee took a leap of faith and left her corporate job as a business consultant to form her own house cleaning business. Starting with just $50 and a vacuum, Renée sold her successful business just 8 years later after becoming the 2nd largest service in the region. One of the great skills that Renee likes to teach her clients is how she ran her business for two years before selling as an absentee owner, working less than 10 hours a week, and traveling more than 12 weeks a year.
Renee, a member of the Institute of Management Consultants has helped 1000’s of cleaning business owners. She has had over 20 article published in cleaning industry and small business publications. She has spoken and conducted trainings for many groups including the Association of Residential Cleaning Services International, the Small Business Administration, Black Dollar Days Task Force, Junior Achievement, NW Small Biz Fair, Women’s Network for Entrepreneurial Training, Women Business Center, and numerous private organizations.
